MicheleI’m having the same problem! I have eliminated underscores and other symbols and the problem still isn’t resolved. I would also appreciate a response… It doesn’t look like this plugin is very well supported. Please help!

In reply to: [SideOffer] SideOfferI figured out why it was not working. Something you may want to look into is that the path to the background image broke because I have my database in a directory. It would be helpful if I could modify the path on the SideOffer editing page but it seems to be locked.
To fix it, I just duplicated the directories in the root folder.
