Latest release is out.

The idea to use https://ipdata.co/ as replacement is to add a setting to store their api key and use that key and their API to get Geo IP data.

WassUp user should go then to get an API key and save it in WassUp.

Should be simple (it’s like what we do now with the Google Maps API key), but I really haven’t time to put my hands on it.

I have a candidate to replace the Geo IP tool, a company contacted me directly to use their tool on WassUp, but never had time to do it.

Unfortunately, hosted service to get location from IP is dead and we should update it with a new one but the lack of time prevent us to do this change.

Is WassUp dead too? May be, but I’m still open to find new collaborators to join this project and try to give a second chance to it.

What version? Latest should be compatible.

WassUp 1.9.3 is fully compatible with WordPress 4.7.2
We don’t have feedbacks about problems with WooCommerce.
While you could have problems with any caching plugins but it’s up to you giving us feedbacks about them.

Probably a cut/paste is better then a screenshot in this case. Also a table dump could help a lot Helene.

You should click the BROWSER link and copy/paste the useragent string.

Could you give us more info? What useragent get? Can you give a screenshot?

Did you try to start from scratch? Uninstall it completely (you will lose your previous data) from the options menu.
Then install and activate it again.

If you are on WordPress.com you cannot load external plugins as WassUp. You need a “standalone/hosted” WordPress
