Hello Woo team. Please close this ticket out when you read this message (leaving it here just so you can see what I experienced). It’s just started working correctly for me this morning. Unsure if its because I inadvertently changed a magical setting, or because I went to sleep for a few hours. But it works now ??

Hello. I **think** I have this resolved. I’ve just input the pre-tax price for my Shipping Rates (even though I’ve marked I’d input ?“Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax.”)

Question: Am I using Woo correctly, is this the correct step to take?

Hello Nick (@woobewoo). Thank you very much for your reply. The reset button works perfectly. For (1), I enabled the setting but the result is the same. That is – when I click on a category from the home page don’t see any of the other ‘values’ in my filters. (I have cleared my cache).

Thank-you @ckadenge , I’ve tried changing from British English to US English, but basket did not change to cart. Can you please tell me what langauge setting to choose so that cart displays ?

Hi, I’m not sure if this is correct or not but it works for me:

1. I don’t use this plugin
2. Have Astro Pro theme installed, and Elementor Pro
3. I don’t install any other plugin
4. Dashboard > Templates > Theme Builder > Create a header .. once created, make sure you select “Entire Site” when prompted
5. Delete / Purge your cache
6. Visit any page on your wordpress website and your Elementor header will be working.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but am I correct that this plugin is now redundant? At least for Astra?

Thank you x100!! It really is a super useful template.

Just a suggestion, I think “help” or perhaps “Typography Showcase” should be a singular template in your templates. That is, not bundled within Tek and visible as the first template. I only came to know of your plugin from watching various YouTube videos (WPCrafter and the WPTuts) where your plugin is pitched as helping solve global consistent styling for Hello.

As such the “Typography Showcase” demo I believe would be the most important template for most people.

Just a thought. But a bigger THANK YOU for adding helper back in.

Hi John, absolutely – it was the best part of the addon – – having all the typography on one page for a “birds eye view”. I’d love to see it back in the next release ??

I tried to restore but unfortunately, the kits all stayed the same, I didn’t get poppins back. Architect etc were still there. And the old templates did not come back either. I will wait for the next version!

Hi Dave, I saw an update of Envato a couple of days ago. Just checking – does this update cleanup the uninstallation process? If I installed envato again, and then uninstalled it – would *everything* uninstall?

Thanks for your reply. If I deactivate the plugin, and then delete it – – – will it remove everything including what I described initially on this thread… or must I wait for the fix first?

I would like everything Envato related completely off my website with no residual. Please tell me how to do this? I have already followed the steps in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/uninstall-a-kit/
