This field is a dropdown for us giving us a choice between first name, first name and last name and nickname.

This field is set to display our first name.

I also tried to display first name and last name but it makes now difference.

Show agent’s name – is selected. I’ve tried un selecting and reselecting nmany times to. This is not working.

In the latest update custom fields are now working – I have added postcode and it shows when a live chat is first initiated.

The proble is this field is then not shown in admin? I was expecting the postcode to show with the name and email address on teh live chat screen so our agents can see it, but it does not.

I also cannot see it when i click to start the chat with them, nor can i see it on the chat history.

Can we please have this information to show on the screen when a chat is waiting so our agents can see it?

Effectively i have the live chat embedded using Gutenberg Blocks however i want to disable the bubble from showing on the screen too?

I’ve enabled the Gutenberg Blocks and this have allowed me to have live chat embedded on a page. However, i still also have the icon in the bottom right hand corner as well.

I wanted to display the live chat on the page as it does but hide the bubble?

I tried excluding the page in the settings but then the live chat embedded no longer works.

Any ideas?
