Is there a way that we can change the slug for the AIOC events? The theme developer suggested a solution to change the slug for the calendar and individual events. Thank you!

The event page loads when I change it to Twentyseventeen theme, but it still doesn’t appear on the calendar itself whether I select agenda, day, month or week view. While on the current theme, it neither displays the event page nor in the calendar.

I changed the theme of the site and it doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve also disabled and re-enable the plugins but the events do not display in the calendar.

We don’t have any competing calendar plugin installed except that I noticed that there’s a built-in event/calendar from the theme that we are using. I’m not sure if it’s causing the issue.

We are now also running PHP7.

I’ve changed the theme temporarily and the calendar is working. However, when I try to add or edit events and check the calendar, the events are not displaying. I’ve also disabled plugins but I get the same results.

Icegram is now working on both pages. I sent you an email at [email redacted] as well.

Another issue: When I went to our homepage I hit the escape key to make the pop-up disappear. After I did that, the image slider never loaded, the circle just kept spinning. The image slider, however, works on other pages where there’s no Icegram pop-up.

Can you please look into it?

Hi, thanks for checking. It seems that there’s a compatibility issue with another plugin that is currently installed in our site. I deactivated it and the pop-up is now working.
