We’re sorry – you have a lot of objects.. If you want, you can also use CLI:
https://developer.yoast.com/blog/yoast-seo-wp-cli-index-command/

If that doesn’t work for you, feel free to dismiss the notification. Your site will index automatically over time as your pages get visited. Then you can run the index in a couple of weeks time to cover the objects that don’t get any traffic.
