Hi again. I realize that may have sounded impolite. Not intended; I literally meant that I knew it couldn’t be true. And I was right. I had downloaded more than one plug in and built the form in something else, but was thinking it was wpforms!? By bad. Sorry if I sounded rude. This issue is resolved.

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty] Top padding of body disappearedExcellent. Thank your for the timely, informative response. And which also clarifies: I thought you were saying that a layout plug in could *fix* the problem, rather than create it.
I had no layout plug in installed. Perhaps it’s possible that I “modified the theme” without knowing what you mean by that? I did customize, but did not go into any coding. I had not been in the theme editor.
With this input, and looking up how to achieve a “fresh, unmodified” copy of the theme, the problem has now gone away. We don’t actually know what caused it, so I hope it doesn’t come back. Thank you for the help.

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty] Top padding of body disappearedNo, I haven’t been. Maybe I’m missing something, but I don’t think that’s the issue. The issue is that the theme, on every page, has lost the top padding on the body, underneath the header. Have you looked at the link I sent? Is there someone who might have a more substantial response? Might it be a bug? Is there a way I can address this issue and move on? Thanks.

In reply to: Extra spaces being added before html code for formsBut, it seems I am mistaken about what the problem is because TinyMCE only applies to editing in widgets, and I am having the same problem not only in widgets but also on my website pages. Any ideas what could be adding these extra spaces that don’t show up in the html (as far as I can see) but affect the formatting?

In reply to: [Cazuela] Customized link color not showingOk, you can now view the screenshot of the missing bottom half of my headers at https://www.wetipthebalance.org/screenshot . It’s a little bit difficult to see, but as mentioned above, the headers in the sidebar are affected as well.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Cazuela] Customized link color not showingHi. Thanks so much for your response, and apologies that mine is belated. My mind didn’t register what it meant for a link to be “visited,” but now I understand. Thanks.
As for the other issue of not seeing the full header font, I’m using Firefox 31.0 on Windows 7. In the screenshot, you will see that the headers in the sidebar are affected as well. Please let me know how or where to send it to you.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Cazuela] Customized link color not showingThanks very much for your reply. I guess that means that even though they look grey and black to me, other people see them as they should appear. Even when I log out, I don’t see what you do, though. I have another problem like that as well: people tell me that my headers read correctly, but I only ever see the top half of the font, and the bottom of the letters are invisible to me.
Is there any way then to address the fact that I don’t see the same version of the site the reader sees, even when I’m logged out?
