I have contacted pre sales support as you suggested.
I just wanted to point out the solution – so other people can benefit from browsing the forum.
It seems to be connected to Quick and Easy FAQ plugin. I saw multiple pages with same behaviour and it was always connected to that plugin.
Support suggested trying a different FAQ plugin and well, that works well.
