@jamiebaker, unfortunately, I don’t know what else to suggest. The reset in the tools, option of reset everything “settings”, all unloads (bulk and per page) and load exceptions worked for me. I hope you find a resolution…

@jamiebaker, since I never received a response from the plugin creator or anyone else in the forum, I just started from scratch by resetting the plugin which is located in the tools tab.

Unfortunately, this was the only solution I found to remove any bulk rules.

I appreciate the reply. Your css code works for gmail and hotmail/outlook online emails (and probably others as well just haven’t tested any others) but the email it won’t work with is microsoft office outlook (which is the email program I use).

It’s not really a big deal as it’s only affects that particular mail program (as far as I know), I just find it annoying that the product title is smashed up against the product image on the right side (I did adjust your code from margin-bottom to margin-right).

I really do appreciate the help. If you can think of anything else to try, please let me know.

I’m also having this issue. As the past few updates have not resolved issues, I’m starting to look for another alternative plugin.

Just wanted to let y’all know that the latest version may still be having some issues. Tried creating a new template. There was some issues when adding text. The written text cannot be highlighted or edited in any way once you change the font size. From that point on, the cursor just jumps to the front of the text. Tried 2 different browsers and 2 different computers with the same result. Is anyone else having a text issue?

I’m having the same issue. Versions 1.2.8, 1.2.8.1, 1.2.9 and 1.2.9.1 all not working. Version rollback also not working.

I have the same issue. Plugin creates a critical error when trying to edit and/or save a template. Tried to rollback but that isn’t working either.
