The error you have described ‘Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address’ is specifying that address is not entered yet. Are you getting this error after providing all shipping address info in you checkout page?
We recommend you to turn on shipping calculator from woocommerce settings and try to calculate shipping in the cart page.

It is not really the case, sometimes we have some customers who are facing this. It is a strange situation. For other thousand users it is just working fine. May be it is about some cache or server issue. If you are going to write too many rules, I will suggest you to go for our premium version. There you will get a premium support. They are 24×7 on and they will help you to troubleshoot each and every issue. Also, you can upload rules by using csv files there.

This is a strange issue. Please delete all your rules first and save it. Then add all of your rules afresh and save them at once. If you still face the same issue, please let us know.

We can see the rate ‘2.60’ is already there in the response. Please make sure that you have selected all the services from plugin settings.
This is also strange that dimensions didn’t get passed in API request. As it is a variable product, I would like to suggest you, to double check dimensions under each variation.
If you still face such issue please send us the screenshot of the product page (with shipping details), cart page and plugin settings page.

The classification of addresses is done by the UPS API. So we may not be aware of any problems in their API. We request you to approach UPS so that they can help you with this as soon as possible.

When you have checked the residential address button, our plugin is sending residential address indicator with the API request. You can check that by turning on debug mode. UPS API is verifying that address. That’s why you are getting that. It may differ from UPS site. You can contact UPS regarding this also.

This plugin doesn’t appear in the add method dropdown of zone section. This plugin works independently.
In the plugin settings page, there is an option ‘Method Available to’. By using that option you can restrict the shipping method.

This is the basic version of UPS. This plugin is mainly designed for small business owners, who’s customers are having only 1 product in the cart most of the time.
That is why it is packing each item individually and then adding those rates.
If you want to pack multiple items to a single box, then we will recommend you to go for the premium version. There you can set box dimensions and weight too.
