Based on the Receipient address, FedEx API will automatically return either FedEx Ground OR FedEx HOME Ground. So both option will never appear together.
Residential Address: FedEx Home Ground.
Business Adress: FedEx Ground.Please contact FedEx to get authorization for Address Validation advanced services in the production environment to use this feature.

No setup will be lost at all when you upgrade the plugin. But when you upload a CSV then you need to upload all the rules at once.And as specified before, you can make the shipping methods work using our plugin. Sorry for the confusion. We would like to clarify how DHL API works.
If the DHL API returns the shipping rates you will see two below nodes present in the XML.
<POfferedCustAgreement>N</POfferedCustAgreement>
<ShippingCharge>21.170</ShippingCharge>When you have provided the debug XML second time, These values were not present. This happens only in TEST mode when the test environment is down.
The latest debug XML you have provided, I can see the rates returned for EXPRESS DOMESTIC with global product code N.
Request you to Enable the Service DOMESTIC EXPRESS WITH Service Code N. You need to update the plugin to see the Service code.
If the issue persist request you to provide the complete debug request and response along with the complete screenshot of plugin settings screen.

This is due to the PHP Post limit issue. Please refer this article for more details.
In the premium version of the plugin, you have the option to import & export the matrix rule using CSV file to overcome this issue.
Request you to contact the hosting provider to increase the PHP limit as mentioned in the article.

There is no relation between checking services and the response you got from DHL.
In both cases, API request & response will be same. But in our plugin, these rates are filtered according to your selection.
That’s why I have asked you to check all the services so that you will not miss anything.

As I can see in your API response no rate is returned from DHL. It occurs in test environment. But as I believe DHL production mode always works fine. If you are not getting any rate from production mode also. You can enquire about this from DHL support itself, regarding your account and all returned rates.
