Yes, in the premium version you will be able to send them on the basis of weight. You can also select box packing and configure boxes to pack items.

Currently, our FedEx plugin cannot be configured under the Shipping Zone.

However, our FedEx plugin can be configured independently. Also, you have the option to restrict the countries by using the method availability option in the settings.

Here we can see DHL have not returned any rates.

I have seen many times this problem occurs for DHL test environment. But in production mode it will work perfectly.

I recommend you to use the plugin with live credentials (production mode).

There is no option to add shipping method inside this plugin.

However, custom rates can be configured using the Rate Matrix.

Do you mean to say that you are not able to configure rates using the rate matrix?

All the services are listed here. you can select them from this free version also. I suggest you to turn on debug mode from admin settings. Then check for the First Class Mail Parcel price returned by USPS. Look for other First Class Mail prices also. Our plugin is showing only cheapest price. So if other service is returning cheaper rate, which you don’t want, just turn that off.

Now, turn on debug mode from admin settings to see the API request and response. Check whether API have returned any rate or not.

In our basic version you can select services only. Package types are non-choose-able. It will return cheapest one among all the available rates.

From the above API response we can see that services “EXPRESS DOMESTIC 12:00” and “EXPRESS DOMESTIC” have returned rates 21.17 and 15.17 respectively. We suggest you to check all the services from admin settings and try again.

If you want to turn off prices for a particular service, then go to admin settings of the plugin and uncheck those services. It will return prices for only checked services.
