Thanks for the suggestions, whilst awaiting a response from WP.org I tried disabling all the plugins then reenalbing them one at a time and voilla, FileBird Pro removed the links when enabled, so have now eanabled all the other 17 plugins and left FileBird Pro disabled. I am going to uninstall the plugin as may be corrupt, then install a fresh copy whilst waiting for FileBird to come back to me. Interestingly there was an update that had not shown due to the auto-update feature failing that I applied to this plugin, but it still failed when enabled so best thing is to get rid of it and start afresh.

Thanks for all your help and good imput, am also aware of the healthcheck feature, just not seen this type of behaviour before!

Hi Dan, my client didn’t have any shipping zones, just rules which stopped after WC v3.6,1 was applied, will your plugin update fix this as have had to roll back to yesterdays backup for now as is a large int’l eComm site.

We added one supplier as the primary then assigned them to all our products.

Yesterday we added 2 more suppliers but the inventory tab switched to only showing just the ATUM icon, and no longer has a search field.

Is this because your plugin is not quite ready for using multiple suppliers, if so we can delete the additional ones for now and manually amend purchase orders to them?

I have tried to add a screen-shot but can’t on this reply or via email as a no-reply address…

Sorry guys, the response wording was not very clear. I was referring to the customers order not the suppliers, is the customers order where you mean the purchase (cost) price can be changed and will this be permanent as I need this to be, also what is meant by “read the product”?

Appreciate your response and look forward to the addition as soon as it arrives. Is their any news on when the premium ATUM Export Pro add-on is expected to arrive as assume this may allow both export and possibly import of your purchase price field.

Also I noticed that when I export to PDF, any categories’ products that exceed 500 rows produce an http 500 error, my customer has 50 categories with one or two totalling just over 500 products.

I am only selecting the SKU and Purchase Price fields when exporting a catergories products.

Is there anywhere I can increase this threshold or extract the purchase price data directly from the database and if so where in the database is this column stored?

Thanks ATUM, am happy for this to be closed as have found a plugin which provides a picking list for processing orders which hopefully will include your location field along with the SKU, product description and stock quantity. Will be good when the location field is added by you to the Stock Control display later on.
