You need to use the login details from the domain you exported from. That worked for me.

Do you have a time (UK) when this will be released as the service and support I am getting from yourselves is just non existent despite you saying on Friday that I would be dealt with that day. I have tried pretty much all the versions on the developer tab and nothing is working.

Hi, I am having the same problem and it is really bugging me! Has anybody had any luck resolving this problem yet?

I have tested it on a subdomain and it worked fine but when I try it on an actual domain for an urgent job it just keeps spinning!
