Oh that’s too bad, I really like that plugin. But it is strange that some of my products work with your plugin even though I have the Side Cart enabled. Why is it random and is there a workaround so I can keep using both plugins?

Look at the item named Margherita. It’s bold. Underneath shows in regular font the Qty: 2. This Qty part is often overlooked in our kitchen because its hard to see at a quick glance and we end up just making one Margherita instead of two. Its a reoccurring issue just because we are too busy sometimes to stop and give these tickets a thorough read.

I would love to customize the entire layout to suit our needs but this Qty part is definitely the most important and I would love some help to fix it.

I would like it to read 2 x MARGHERITA

I am also holding back on adding a Tip plugin and a Scheduled Delivery plugin because im not sure if they will show up on these tickets. Something maybe we can work through on another thread in this forum. Thanks Lawrence.

Ok, does enabling that guest checkout option in the screenshot eliminate the problem with existing emails? Ive disabled the digital wallet and dont have a testing site, just the live one.

I really don’t think this is a new idea, it’s just an inconsistency in the existing plugin.

-Editing a product allows for a sale price change and schedule.

My printer does not buzz at all even though I have the option enabled in the plugin settings.

Thanks for responding. No, I am looking for something that I can set and forget.

I turned things on and off also and finally the printer got working again. Not sure what was stopping it.

I do my own development with some help from the guys at WPMUDEV where the site is hosted. We checked for any firewall blocks but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. The printer shows as connected in green letters in the plugin.

The printer works, I use it with my POS.

Can I call you? You and Guillermo seem to be the best support for this plugin.

Just a thought: What if the website/printer communication was initiated using a cron job instead of polling from the printer?

While you can’t disable the polling, you can disable automatic printing and print orders manually through the WP/WooCommerce dashboard.
Keep in mind, this means you need to select each order to be printed.

Lastly, depending on your server resources (cpu, disk, ram, etc, bandwidth) you might considering increasing those and again see how the server behaves.

Since the crash last week my printer has not been working at all. Im not sure if the host blocked the bot or not, its hard to tell. I tried manually printing and it did not work either. Polling time has not changed for now. Is there any way to test and confirm that the printer is setup properly? When I go to edit the printer in the plugin settings it shows connected in green text and seems to be all good. Not sure how to correct these issues but once I get the printer working again I will address the adjusting the polling and server load.
