    Hey David,

I see what you mean. I think refusing to save the document unless a group has been selected as you suggested in the other thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bp-docs-for-groups-only/) will achieve what I want.

It’s a better solution than limiting docs to only admin and moderators. I don’t mind if all the members can create and edit documents, I just don’t want them doing it all willy-nilly wherever they want. I want all the documents contained within the groups.

    Thanks for the help!

    Thanks David!

I think your code above for refusing to save if no group is chosen along with the other code to hide the menu item will achieve what I want.

    I appreciate the help.

The plugin “buddypress-docs-in-group” seems to be outdated now. I tried it on my install and it got caught in some type of loop.

Would it be possible to just force choosing a group when creating a document instead of having the option to select “none”?

I only want groups to be able to create documents, so I was thinking that when a user goes to create a document if their only choice was a list of groups they belong to it would solve the problem.

It would be nice if there was a setting to control who could create documents in the group also. Like only the owner or moderator or all group members.

I would find something like this useful also. Currently looking for alternative solutions.

    Whatever…

It is still helpful for people that use the software to be able to find information.

After contacting ProsPress support they confirmed this is a bug in their subscription plugin that will hopefully be fixed in a future version release. As of WooCommerce Subscriptions: 2.4.7 it is broken.

So with three products within the subscription AND only one of them matching the product “usage restriction” of the coupon… The discount is applied three times instead of just once when a user pressed the “Renew Now” button.

This leads me to believe that something is broken with the way that usage restrictions are handled with coupons.

Is there a fix for this bad behavior?

This only seems to happen when there are two or more products within the subscription.

I have tried setting up my coupon as both a “recurring product % discount” and “recurring product discount“… Both types are effected.

Under “usage restrictions” for the coupon, I have set the product to be only one of the two products in my cart. If I leave this option blank then the coupon will be applied to everything in the cart (as expected). So with only one product set to receive the coupon and two products within the subscription, if I “Renew Now” the coupon amount seems to be doubled.

I will try adding a third product to the subscription and see if the coupon amount stays at double or if it gets applied a third time…

In the Responsive FAQ admin panel there is no way to select a transparent background. The field wants a HEX value ie. #ffffff and transparency cannot be written as RGB/HEX.

A way I found around this is to define an invalid value in the “Background Color” field and then it leaves the background color attribute off and doesn’t define it in the stylesheet. The result of having no background color specified is transparency!

    I replaced:
    #FFFFFF
    simply with this:
    #
