I’ve had contact with one.com support and they fixed it:
“I just got a reply from the technicians stating that this was due to an erroneous rule we implemented on our outgoing mail server yesterday causing invalid rejections like this one. The problem should now be resolved.”
They removed that rule and now it’s all working fine

I have forwarded your answer from one.com support to my contact at one.com support, and they just mailed me back with this answer:

I’ve put the settings on SMTPS / Plain but i’m getting an error then “Could not open socket”
I’ve tried different ports which one.com recommend 25 or 465 or 587, but none off them are working.Outgoing server servernaam: mailout.one.com
Port en encryption:
– 587 with STARTTLS (recommended)
– 465 with TLS

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] How to edit booking confirmation emailHey there, you have to change the _summary_details.php in the folder views/mail.
There you can find the translation “services & assistants” which you can change to “service” only. Now the confirmation mail will only show it as service. For me i had to change this on widows explorer ( i used notepad ++ ) level and upload and overwrite the file on the FTP in the same folder. In the plug-in editor in WordPress i got a timeout while saving, that why i needed FTP to change the php file. Hope this works for you!

In reply to: [Snaps] Not responsive headerSame problem here. On mobile devices the header (own made) isnt responsive. My website on my iphone fills only 75% of the screen, and leave a empty solid at the right.
I added @media responsive codes the the style.css, but no result.
I noticed that if you use for example firefox, en make your firefox window as small as an mobile screen, the header stops being responsive till 320 pixels, en then you have the same result as how you see it on your phone.
More people with the same problem?thanks in advance!
