    Thank you Tobias,

You’re so kind…sincerely apologize for the panic and misunderstanding.

Thank you Tobias for your excellent support and quick responses.

I also want to thank you for understanding how I felt and for explaining the base64 with such grace. Now that I understand to ignore the warning, I’m willing to give the plugin a second chance as I truly like the table’s interface, import capabilities and how easy it is to use.

I will also change the rating and explain why.

Your excellent support and willingness to help is very much admired and appreciated.

    Hello Tobias,

Thank you for your response. I truly appreciate it.

To be honest, I like the interface of TablePress, however now, I’m terrified to use it again. It not only deleted the plugins, but the entire site was gone (actually I was left with a header image – to be specific). Luckily, I had backed-up my site the night before, and only lost one days worth of work.

To be specific as to how I deleted the plugin, I deleted it from the plugins tab (the same way I delete any other plugin). Selected from the “inactive” (which was the only plugin in the folder). Responded “yes” to delete the plugin. When I went back into the plugins folder to find another table plugin, everything was gone!

Thank you so much for the explanation of the base64 code. I’m not a coder, hence I do not understand what it is or does. I can only speak about the warning I received. Imagine seeing a RED warning sign advising there is malware in the site and showed the plugin information with 11 errors (sorry, wish I had copied the response so I could show you). This is the reason why I decided to delete the plugin, which I was really sad because it’s the only plugin I’ve found to have easy .csv import capabilities, and I liked the look of the table itself, just that the colors were not perfect for my site. Upon restoring my site, the malware and errors were gone.

As I mentioned above, I’m not a coder, hence I can’t speak intelligently about the warning I received, however, it’s probably safe to say that anyone else receiving this warning would probably react the same way and choose to delete the plugin.

I wrote the review because I did not want anyone else to experience the same issues I did, (not fun) however I truly respect the extremely hard work you put into these plugins to make our lives easier and for that I commend and thank you very much.

    Hello Heavy Digital,

I was able to figure it out. I deactivated all the plugins uploaded the image, activated the plugins and it worked well.

Thank you very much for your quick response and efforts! Your Customer Service alone deserves a five star rating!!!

    It is very strange!

    WordPress 3.4.1
    Sideoffer 1.0.2
    It’s a single site.

    Hi!
Thank you very much for your reply!

Yes, I’m able to upload images via Media. Never had any issues before. Did as you suggested, uploaded an image a couple of minutes ago and had no issues.

    Thank you for your help!
