Working fine for the text size of the question, but is not affecting the size of the multiple choice answers, and the question text is too close to the answers.

I wanted only to know if you had any prior knowledge of this issue. I have down some searching in google, with not much success.
I am not sure if your plugin is responsible at all.

Unfortunately the title of the file is not coming through and the file is getting titled as Unknown. I tried to modify the short code below, the same unsuccessful result. None of the info in the form was registered.

I have tested it only on posts and comments and it works nicely.

I have a suggestion:
Is it possible to add an option to show the number of votes in the parentheses. I mean now it shows for instance (3.5/5) instead, it would be nice if one could choose to show (17 votes), or something like that.
