In reply to: [Download Monitor] Paths and Permalink IssuesHi Beatrice,
Thank you for your reply. I installed the Version 5.0.17 and the error persists. I had to roll back to 5.0.13. I will try the Health Check as you have suggested and will report if I find something.
Best regards, MiriamForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Download Monitor] Paths and Permalink IssuesThank you for the Feedback and sorry for the late reply. Yes, at the moment we are using Version 5.0.13, as the downloads need to keep working. The problem after updating Permalinks happens only with the Version 5.0.13, as the newer Versions don’t even work from the beginning (404 direct after installation). Our permalink structure for WP is”site/%category%/%postname%/” . Caching is not being used at the moment.

In reply to: [Download Monitor] WPML X Download Monitor problemYes, it worked great and all translated downloads are functioning again, the problem really was that the language code was not being appended anymore since Version 5.0.
Thank you for the fast support!
Cheers

In reply to: [Download Monitor] WPML X Download Monitor problemCorrection: The error message is “Download doesn’t exist > to homepage”
I also have found out that all sites using Download Monitor and WPML are affected, independent from the Version of WPML or other surrounding plugins – but only from DLM Version 5.0.0 (21. August) on. Before that (up top 4.9.14) the language code was being normally appended to the URL. There was a double slash issue, but that didn’t affect the downloading.Hi @d0153 have you found out anything else about this? For my both clients using this, the categories are really important. I discovered that the problem persists only in list view, if i choose month view as preferred display option, the legend is shown and also stays. I don’t understand as both views use the same header component and the legend is placed in the header. By the way, is there any code I can use to place the legend directly in a TEC header.php override? Just as a temporary solution, I thought …
New information! With the Rollback Plugin, I have gone back through all the releases of the Events Calender since 6.5.0, one by one. When I rolled back from 6.5.0 to 6.4.0.1, the category colors (filter menu) appeared again on the main page. So it was, as I have suspected, the 6.5.x release has some major modification …
Hi, thank you for touching base. I didn’t have a chance or time to follow your recommendations yet. It’s a live site and not so easy. I just thought maybe there are other people which have experienced the same issues and there is a known workaround. I also have the same issue in another site (https://www.svin.ch/veranstaltungen/) which is quite different in plugin composition and theme, so I have first to analyse what is common between the two sites. I would rather tip there was a change in the main Events Calendar Plugin which is causing this …
Hi @tristan083. Here you go:

- TEC 6.5.1.5
- TEC CC: 7.3.0
- Theme: Bridge 29.5
Thank your feedback. We use WP Super Cache but it was not active at the moment the problem with the categories was detected by our client. I deactivated it once again now in order to test and it didn’t change anything.
