Thank you very much for making this improvement.
I will look forward to the release of 2.3.0.
Kind regards,
MikeHi @joostvandevijver
Yes, that is the correct plugin. I’m actually using a paid version but I believe the core codes should work the same way.
Thank you.
Warm regards,
MikeOh okay, now I get it. Thank you!
Sure, I will email you the details.
Never mind, I realized I could do with
<a href='{product_link}'>{product_image=300x300}</a>
Hi,
Before contacting Facebook, I was able to remove the integration on that link but the integration was still shown on Commerce Manager > Catalog > Data sources > Apps and the product items created by the integration persisted inside the product catalog.
Then Facebook support suggested to just delete the whole Commerce Manager account as shown in the email message above which I found ridiculous.
Maybe I will just have to leave it like that because Facebook support doesn’t seem to see this as a problem.
Thanks for your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Roles questionsYes I tried leaving only the reviews. But when I enter product edit page, there are still other boxes such as Product Title, Product Permalink, Product Body Editor which seem to be there by default and cannot be disabled by Admin Menu Editor Pro.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Roles questionsWe already use Admin Menu Editor Pro in conjunction with User Role Editor but it doesn’t work. We already show only Products -> Reviews menu for customer service staffs.
But when you go to Products -> Reviews, there’s a column called Products where you can click to enter the product edit page. Configuring meta boxes didn’t prevent entering the product edit page.
It isn’t logical to not separate these capabilities. People who edit products and people who manage comments can be different especially for stores that have dedicated customer service staffs.
If WC leave these capabilities combined then it looks like WC is aiming to cater only single-person stores.Thanks.

Man, every plugin author tells me their plugins are fine if it works with storefront.
The themes I’m using were sold 50,000 copies on themeforest and have no conflic issues with 50 other plugins I run.
The debug logs from the OP and me trace down to functions.php of the themes but also seem like fbutils.php and fbproduct.php are involved.
Isn’t this a Facebook Plugin + Theme compatibility issue? My Facebook account manager insited a few times in the past 3 years I use their official plugin and I always declined because I always had issues with this plugin. I kept using Pixel Caffeine which I never had issues with. I just want a peaceful migration to this plugin without having to renew the supports of the two themes not knowing whether they will even think it’s their problems.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocomerce White pageHi, I have the exact same problem of getting a blank screen at wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-facebook when I try to go to configuration after plugin installation.
This happens to our 2 websites that use different themes. However the issue resolves when I try storefront theme.
Our sites use Woodmart and Savoy themes which are very popular themes and have no conflict issues with about 50 other plugins the we run including Pixel Caffeine which has been deprecated recently.
Our sites have quite different WP WC versions. One is WP 5.8 WC 5.8 and another is WP 5.3 WC 3.7.
Here is the debug log
Could you please check?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Pixel Caffeine Plug-in deprecationIt’s sad to see you go. It’s always been the best FB pixel plugin for us. I tried FB official plugin a few months ago when they introduced CAPI but their 2.5 star plugin had a lot of problems that I had to switch back. I told my FB account manager that their official plugin was a joke but maybe I will have to adapt to their plugin. Thanks for all the work you’ve done, I really appreciated it!

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Problem with add to cart eventWe also have this issue with the new version on our 2 websites. On one site, the add to cart pixel doesn’t fire when I click the button but it is fired together in the next funnel with the initiate checkout event. On another site, the add to cart pixel fires but shows content ID as null then fires again in the next funnel with the correct content ID.
We now have rolled back to the version 2.1.4 because the add to cart pixel works perfectly on that version.
I’d appreciate if someone could look into this. Thanks!- This reply was modified 3 years, 8 months ago by miikewordpress.

Hi Julien,
Thanks for your reply. I thought adding the filter in functions.php would work.
Now I tried the first method and it works perfectly.Thank you very much!
