In my case it was an issue where my website was secure (https) but the link still listed in my settings for my WordPress page was still unsecure (http). I fixed that and stopped having the issue.

I am also experiencing this issue. I have deactivated all plugins except just Woocommerce, and am using the Storefront theme. Still, though, I can’t seem to proceed past the checkout page. It keeps working and then not working and there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to when or how it works. I’ve reset my site to its normal settings and active plugins, but you can see it at https://rayleebooks.com/

I’m also having this issue. Set up the reCAPTCHA, put in the most basic tag, but I get an orange box and the “An error occurred while sending the message. Try again later.” message. Without reCAPTCHA the form works fine.
