Hi Kais
Thanks for writing back. Please have your WordPress Admin login to your WordPress Dashboard and deactivate and delete the ClickDesk plugin under the plugins section.
Once this is done, please clear your browser cache and visit your website. You will no longer find the widget on it.
Please note – The Editor may not have the access to view or add or delete the plugins installed. This is why he or she is unable to view the plugin installed.
Do feel free to write back to me if you have any concerns or queries. I will be more than happy to help. You can also stop by our website https://www.clickdesk.com and chat with one of our agents online to get live help.

In reply to: Cannot find Click-Desk code on my siteHi Qaiser
I checked your website and found the ClickDesk Code on it. It looks like you pasted the code manually on your website.
I would appreciate if you can check for the code on your Footer file. Please login to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Editor > Footer and check if you are able to find the code here. If yes, please remove it and save your changes.
If you are still unable to find the code, please visit our website https://www.clickdesk.com and chat with one of our agents online.
Thanks

If you would like to install ClickDesk chat widget on a few selected pages only, then you will need to copy the code given on this page – https://my.clickdesk.com/#departments/default and paste it on those pages where you would like the widget to show up.
Please paste the code just above the </Body> tag on those pages.

Hi Hadean
This is Mike from the ClickDesk Team.
If you are having trouble in installing the widget as a plugin on your WordPress website, I would suggest you to copy the ClickDesk Javascript code given on this page – https://my.clickdesk.com/#departments/default and paste it here within your WordPress Dashboard – navigate to Appearance > Editor > Footer > paste the codes
OR
In WP, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > drag a Text widget to a section/area that is visible to all pages > paste the codes. You may also try to install the plugin once again and see if it works.

For you to change the transition effect of the chat box. Please login to my.clickdesk.com with your registered/admin ClickDesk account. Once you are logged in to your ClickDesk Dashboard, click on Live Chat tab which is on the top right hand side next to Helpdesk and Social Tab.
Once you are in the Live chat tab, make sure you are under UI and Themes tab. Over here on the right hand side you will see the following tabs – Color Theme, Online Bar, Offline Bar and White Label. Click on Online Bar you will find transition effect and select fade through. Make sure you save your changes. If you want the chat widget to fade through even when offline you can click on the offline bar and select this. Direct link – https://my.clickdesk.com/#ui

Hi
This is Mike from ClickDesk Support. You can have your programmer or web developer remove the ClickDesk code on the mobile version of your website. You can have them set up a script on your website that detects the device being used by your visitor. If it’s a PC/MAC insert the codes programmatically, else don’t insert it
Do feel free to chat with us on our website, https://www.clickdesk.com or you can also shoot me an email on [email protected]. We will be more than happy to help.
