Thanks for the reply, Tomi. I am obviously new to all this. To help me visualize what are saying, I have an online course site. I have my blog posts and courses are tagged using a custom taxonomy.
I am interpreting this to mean that I could push my custom taxonomy into analytics (for example) to enable me to see an analytics report showing which posts and entry points resulted in a sale of which type of online course on my site?
Did I understand this correctly?
Also, if I used SiteKit to implement GTM, then would I need to remove GTM from SiteKit before re-implementing it with your plugin? Or, can I just add your plugin on top of the SiteKit implementation?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Content Egg] Product Not in Stock?Hi, I added to this questions, but this site is not letting me edit or remove the original question. So, I created a new comment here (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/pre-sale-evaluation-10-questionss-about-ce/#new-topic-0) and marked this comment as resolved. Thanks!
Excellent! I’ll followup with you via email. Cheers.

Thanks!

Thanks, again for the reply.
For #2, I did not understand your answer about providing the user a multi-select option. Can you clarify? Is it possible to give the user a “form” with check boxes where they can select one or more at the same time.
Something that looks like this (check all that apply)
A
B
CElections are captured, then the bot responds accordingly. Plus, elected answers are exportable.
Let me know if this is possible.
Thanks,
MikeThanks for the reply. So, if I am understanding you correctly your plugin upon opening, inserts predefined content into messenger. If the user replies to this content, then it does not reply. Instead, a live person will need to reply to the user. Correct?
Also, some follow up questions:
1) If I want to plug a bot into messenger to take the user through a flow, then I will need a chatbot company (e.g. ManyChat, ChatFuel, etc.) Your plugin integrates with these chatbots. Presumably, though, if I sign up with ManyChat (for example), I would want them to control the start of the conversation and not have your plugin initiate the conversation… would you agree?
2) Ideally, in my initial reply with a user, I would ask them if they are interested in A, B, or C where the answer might be “A & B” or “All three”, therefore, I want to give users the ability to multi-select A, B, and C. Does your plugin support this time of multi-select form via messenger functionality? Thanks,

In reply to: Could WordPress be a HubSpot killer for small start-ups?One more link to what HubSpot thinks about WordPress versus them:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHa7xjzSLh0I have summarized some of the plugins they mentioned in the video below categorizing them via a standard sales flow for inbound marketing (create, optimize, promote, convert, analyze). Assuming you implement good plugins (maybe those below? Others?) and use them well, then what value do you see in Hubspot?
