Short links generated through URL Shortify, it doesn’t expire by default.
But for some reason you want to expire short links after some time, you can set the Expire Date to short links using URL Shortify PRO.

When you enable this setting, it will add a sponsored tag to every short link
There is no hook for this. Could you please explain why you need the hook?

Just want to inform you that we have just released URL Shortify 1.8.8 using which you can import links and assign them to a specific group.
If you want to assign multiple groups to single link, you can define groups pipe (|) separated.
You can download the sample.csv file from the Import CSV screen in the plugin.
