After testing some more things out, I figured out that it only happens if I set privacy to “Only specific member roles.” I would prefer the user not be able to see what the admin is putting in those fields, which is why I chose that option. If I set privacy to “profile owner and specific roles” the user can see it. I unchecked “Can user edit this field?” either way.

I am using Page Builder by SiteOrigin. I unfortunately can’t give you a link as it’s for a private, confidential corporate website. I understand that this may make it difficult or impossible to solve the problem, so if you can’t don’t worry about it.

It might have been the previous update. I’m not sure if you released a couple of them since I updated. I have checked my settings and enabled everything. This is what I have:

I would imagine it would have worked for “Member Directory (um_directory)” since that is where they are not showing up, but for some reason they don’t. ??

It’s on a client’s private website with confidential information, so unfortunately I cannot share it with you. I have not received any errors; the forms on the pages were just blank with nothing there. I disabled your plugin and they all came back. I have also cleared my cache and it’s still not working.

It appears they changed it to where the profile fields are assigned to the About tab of the profile menu. I got it to show up by going to:

Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Profile Menu

Check “Enable profile menu” and “About Tab”, and choose “Anyone” under “Who can see About Tab?”

If you don’t want the profile menu bar to show up, make sure “Posts Tab” and “Comments Tab” are both deselected.

Not sure why they made this change, but it went back to how I had it set up when I did this.

Same here. Only the cover photo, profile pic, and name shows up.

I am having the same problem. All of them are only showing the cover photo and name.

Thank you, but that is only a sorting option putting all of the users in order based on the custom field. I only want to show the users that include a certain criteria, such as all of my users that have selected a meta value of X for meta key Y. Is there a way to do that?

I’m not sure why the footer hook would be missing, but for some reason they just started appearing on the missing pages. Now it’s not showing up on my new posts. The site is https://gogrw.com. Thanks for your assistance.
