Unless I’m understanding you wrong… What you basically told me to do are the basic things to do to just get the pop up to work… which I already have… as you can see on the page. It’s when you click the same button for the 2nd time that the popup does pop up but the content doesn’t show… which is a youtube video. I tried making the youtube video show using embed code on a code module AND tried it as a video module… in both situations… it shows up when the button is clicked the first time… but not when you click the button the 2nd time. And why is this marked “Solved” as it’s not solved.

The CSS Class “popup” is already added to the section and the ID is already set right… hence why it works when you click it the first time.

And not sure what you mean the “Tab” not showing. There are no tabs… it’s a youtube video within the pop that’s not showing when the button or the image is clicked a 2nd time.

I did enable “Decimal Quantities” in the General settings of the plugin but when I put 1.25 for the quantity… and clicked add to cart… it didn’t work. Woo said I had to enter a valid number.

For #1 and #2 – perhaps in the future make it so we can edit that as some countries, like the US… use the word “inquiry”. Perhaps put it as a feature in the Premium version?

For #3 – I realize how to change the recipient’s email… but when we get the email sent to us… the “FROM” section – ie. the name NOT the email address says “WordPress”. ie. the FROM SECTION in the email that we get, it says WordPress<[email protected]> where XXXXXX is the domain. It’s sending the email to the right recipient… but in our inbox it says the above. It should at a minimum send it using the WP Admin’s email address? and the FROM Name should be editable or at least say the store name and not “WordPress.”

For #4 – where can we enable an extra field?

Also… any way we can add our phone number to the modal that pops up?

Actually I decided to go with Member Mouse and not Woo so I won’t have the Woo Google Analytics Pro on the site.

I will be putting custom datalayers on the confirmation page to capture ecommerce data something like the following:

SO… would I still have “Custom data in data layer” checked on? So your plugin doesn’t try to delete the datalayer above?

I would think I would have Track classic e-commerce and track enhanced e-commerce not checked since I’m not using Woo at all.

I guess long story short – I want to use your Google Tag Manager Plugin for the other features of it… I just don’t want it to mess with my ecommerce data… what are the best settings to ensure that?

yes, even when I deactivated the plugin and took out redirection code it messed up still. The strange thing is it doesn’t do it every time. And it seems to clear up after awhile.

One other note… I do have the site on cloudflare and also using WP Rocket and AutoOptimize plugins.

Another note… it actually doesn’t lock the person out either… they can go back into their account and such. The reason I want to fix this as it looks bad to the user.

My end goal is to keep and have Wordfence working but let users logout properly and also have it so my login and registration links are not the standard WordPress URL.

What’s the major differences between the Beyot and Benaa themes? And are both 100% compatible with the plugin?

I have the most current version of your plugin. I just downloaded it and put it in.

That’s what I figured about the shortcodes but as I mentioned in my post above… your shortcode menu isn’t working… it looks like a compatibility issue with the DIVI / Child Theme.

I have the classic editor plugin in… and still had the issues. I have about 200 wordpress sites under my belt and more than familiar with it, wordpress and coding in general.

You missed some of my other questions… but it may not matter now because of what I mentioned below…

Anyways… this plugin is a challenge to make work with DIVI and I see all sorts of issues / time consumption with trying to force it to work as it doesn’t work “out of the box” with DIVI… and I can foresee issues in the future when updating DIVI, the DIVI child theme I’m using as well as when I gotta update WordPress. Not to mention I would have to do a ton of CSS work to get it to look right. It can be done but not worth the time to crowbar it in… especially when it looks like that the Beyot theme that you all have looks nice and I’m assuming is 100% compatible with your plugin and hopefully will work without all the extra effort.

This plugin has a lot of “power” and looks like it is loaded with features… so, I’m just going to buy your Beyot theme… so hopefully I won’t have the same issues.

Some additional information:

To piggy back on item #3 above… you will see in the property link I provided above… where it shows Overview, Features, Video section… when you click on the Features or Video tab… it doesn’t switch the content below it like how it does in your demo… and when you right click on the page in Chrome to inspect… there is what looks like a Javascript error.

Also, I noticed on your demo… the properties page has a sidebar… how do I get that on my properties page? I have a search sidebar setup in my wordpress widgets but it doesn’t show up on the properties page.

And is there a way I can have For Sale first and For Rent 2nd… so when you come to the page… the For Sale is what is the default… ie. https://metrohome.webworxmedia.com/test-one/

and what about having to use your theme? We can get the same functionality and the look of the search section, the property listings, etc. using another theme / template? Right?

One other thing… Can the Agents and properties be imported into your plugin? ie. if I have an excel / CSV file… can I import it into your plugin?

Thanks for the reply… We don’t need your theme to get the plugin to do all of the things that we seen in your theme’s demo… do we? I know with other plugins like this… you gotta use a special theme to get the plugin to do everything and to look right.
