Hi Peter,
Everest support sent me a download link to get a new installation of Everest Forms. I don’t know how to add that .zip file to this thread.
With regards the getting locked out of my own site. I just added a spurious page name to the site access and the site came back with my login page.
I assume Everest will give you the same download.

Hi,
Everest responded with a download of a different release of the same plugin. I installed the new version and the problem message disappeared.
They didn’t say wht the issue was caused by but were really quick with a solution.

I’ve found the error message is created by the Everest Forms plugin.

I deactivated all the plugins and the error was gone. I discovered the message only appeared when I activated Everest Forms. As I reactivated the rest of the plugins I got locked out of my site. I have attempted to get back in via the WordPress manager on the hosting but cannot get back into the site.
Got any suggestions as to how I can get back in?
I’m not sure how to add a screenshot
The error appears to be on the whole WordPress admin page.

I managed to get back into my site by recovering the files and databases from backup. I then disabled all the plugins on the site. I removed the ‘redirection page’ I setup in your plugin. By activating plugins one by one I found the site was back up and running.
I haven’t re- activated your plugin yet.

I have tried all the options you gave me and nothing allows me access to the website -it just returns to the country blocked page I created after I installed the plugin. I tried the usual ftp method of deleting the plugin which usually allows access for every other plugin but that doesn’t work with your plugin. All I get is the same block message when I try and login.
Is there anything else I can try to regain access to my website ?

Can I just use ftp to delete the plugin from the server ?
What other things must I remove?
I’ve deleted the plugin from our site via ftp but still am blocked from my site with the same redirection page that i setup in the first place.

When I test the plugin using VPN it blocks the countries that are ticked in the list on the plugin. If there is no tick the connection works fine.

Same here – support is rubbish so deleted the plugin.
