This seems like a gross overstatement. Do you know why your site was broken when you tried the plugin? It could have been a plugin conflict or it can depend on your host and what kind of server they have setup.

Don’t use caching when developing sites. That is a bad idea. Because of the very nature of caching it won’t update content for a while so it can serve the same content to viewers and not make database query and generate the page each time a page is visited. I recommend you try the plugin once you have fully developed the site. Then going forward the delay won’t be an issue. But your “problem” isn’t actually a problem at all. The plugin is functioning correctly.

But other than this issue I absolutely love this plugin!

I have the same problem. Didn’t feel like taking multiple hours to dive into the code and figure it out. So until then I will just delete it from the content for each post. But the current project I am using this plugin with has over 1,200 posts and counting so it is a pain to delete the duplicates.
