I’m using GF currently, however I don’t want the customer to have to babysit the window until all files have been uploaded to submit the form. Right now they have to wait for all images to be uploaded, then hit submit. Otherwise the files are in limbo, all renamed with extremely long temp filenames until they hit submit. Nightmare.

I’m able to upload CR2 files with Gravity Forms and another uploader plugin with no conversion. However GF requires the user to wait until all the files are uploaded to submit the form, thus finalizing the upload.

The other plugin only allows for single file uploads but it doesn’t convert to TIFF either.

The normal WP backend uploader converts it to TIFF as well.

HOWEVER: The uploaded CR2 images were converted to TIF format. Back to the drawing board.

I answered my own question because I overlooked the short code instructions on the main page. For those of the same reading and comprehension level as myself, the following worked for me:
