Thanks for pointing this out. I have removed the call to flush rewrite rules from the plugin, and added the missing files.

Currently the upload folder is controlled by the media settings of WordPress. So the default would be /wp-content/uploads/.
I wrote this plugin with the intention that files would be retrieved through code as defined under the installation tab. If that doesn’t work, can you tell me what you are trying to do with the plugin, so I can try to accommodate for it in a future release?

I wrote a plugin for Uploadify because I use Uploadify in a lot of my own probjects. Check it out. I’m interested it see how I can make it easier to use.
