Well the best case scenario would be for the users to be able to upload file only once, and then on the upload field to have a text that they have already uploaded the file.

I found out that when the plugin is activated it overwrite the .htaccess file, now I changed the permissions so it’s working ok.

For the second question is that you can see that when click on the wholesale menu, the left sidebar menu is empty, without the dashboard and all the other menus items.
