Thanks for the info. I went ahead and purchased the SEO Video Sitemap by Bryan McConnahea plugin. If the creator of this free plugin is no longer providing support, I need to find a different one. Bugs pop up all the time and the last thing we need is an plugin that is no longer supported. I hope you have a good, thanks again for the above info.

I’m having the same problem and I only include one video per post. If multiple people are experiencing this problem, then it’s a bug that needs to be addressed. I just checked google webmaster tools and it’s detecting the error which is not good for serp.

Does anyone know the command to execute the sitemap creation? If so, maybe a cran job can be setup to automatically do this.

Can you please provide the code that will change the plugin from looking in the post for the embeded code to looking to a custom field? I can replace the name of my custom field by myself. Maybe you can include this information in your readme file for users to customize? I can’t use this plugin because of my theme. My theme uses a custom field for embeding videos.

I think a lot of people would really appreciate it.

I’m having the same problem as well. I’m using the videozoom theme and embedding the code using their custom field. Could that be the issue? I’m unable to use this plugin as it can’t find any of my videos. Do I need to modify the plugin to search in the custom field? If so, anyway have that hack?

I’m running into the same thing. Here is my error:

* The building process might still be active! Reload the page in a few seconds and check if something has changed.
* The last run didn’t finish! Maybe you can raise the memory or time limit for PHP scripts. Learn more
* The last known memory usage of the script was 29MB, the limit of your server is 1024M.
* The last known execution time of the script was 20.62 seconds, the limit of your server is 100000 seconds.
* The script stopped around post number 15351 (+/- 100)
* If you changed something on your server or blog, you should rebuild the sitemap manually.
* If you encounter any problems with the build process you can use the debug function to get more information.

I do have 20,000 posts, but I raised the memory limit and script time execution to high levels. Would anyone know if this is limitation with the plugin or not? It may be very well my hosting company, but I’m not sure. Is there anyway out there that has a huge amount of wordpress posts and uses this plugin successfully? If so, what did you do to optimize it? I’d really like to get this problem resolved.
