  • I’m also wondering if there is going to be an update soon. I was using it on my site and LOVED IT and then updated to wordpress 3.5 and it’s no longer working, but would love to continue to use it because it rocks! Please let us know.

So I’ve logged into my site at wordpress.com and have gone to Settings–>Domains and it shows my domain. Then I click on “edit DNS” next to my domain, which I believe is what I’m suppose to click on, right?

Then it asks me to “add a DNS record for this domain in the following format:

    MX <pref> <host>
    TXT <text>
    CNAME <subdomain> <host>
    A <subdomain> <IP>

And then gives this as a sample of how it should look:

    MX 10 MAIL1.EXAMPLE.COM.
    MX 20 MAIL2.EXAMPLE.COM.
    TXT v=spf1 include:mail.example.com ~all
    CNAME autodiscover EXCHANGE.EXAMPLE.COM.
    A webmail 1.2.3.4

When I purchased hosting, this is the information it gave me:

    Domain: eatlittlebird.com
    Server IP: 69.167.175.14
    Nameserver 1: ns1.thiswebhost.com
    Nameserver 2: ns2.thiswebhost.com

So how do I translate this info, into the code it’s asking for above?

Sorry, I’m new to this, so when you say I need to change the name server, does that have to do with adding an A Record and a CNAME Record? If so, it’s asking me for a “name” & ‘address” under A Record and under CNAME it’s asking for “name” & “CNAME”. Where do I go to find the information to put in each of those boxes to get this set up?
