In reply to: [BitPay Checkout for WooCommerce] Broken logo image on checkout@bobbrodie do you happen to know when the updated plugin will be released? I see the release was made on GitHub on July 2nd, but here it’s still showing 5.5.0.

In reply to: [BitPay Checkout for WooCommerce] Broken logo image on checkoutAwesome! I was updating the code in
/build/
which is what runs locally. I’m assuming there’s a build process that puts those files out, but in the original source file, it’s on line 312, so it matches.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [BitPay Checkout for WooCommerce] Broken logo image on checkoutSure @bobbrodie! I’m running Version: 5.5.0.
Currently I’m only running this in a development environment, so I’ll happily update to 5.5.1 as soon as it’s available.

In reply to: [BitPay Checkout for WooCommerce] Fatal Error on activationHi @bobbrodie ,
I assumed because it wasn’t finding a function, that it was a bug in the plugin, but your question led me to do some conflict testing, and I found the error goes away when we deactivate one of our internally-developed plugins.
I’ll dig into that plugin and find out why it’s causing the conflict.
Thanks for the quick response!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Problem with Add to cart event on PDPHi @hkan91 ,
Sorry about the delayed response. We have a backlog of forum posts at the moment and are working to catch up.
Some third-party plugins will use alternative methods to handle the add to cart button, causing the Facebook pixel tracking to be skipped.
Can you try adding this snippet of code to your site to see if it helps?
If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, here is some information as to how to do it. We recommend the free Code Snippets method.Let us know how that goes!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook for WooCommerce error: Invalid parameterHi @tutophotos ,
I apologize for the delayed response. We’re working to get caught up on the forums, but if you ever do need to get direct support for this extension, you can open a support request on WooCommerce.com. If you do, please link back to this thread so we’re aware of what’s already been done.
I did have a couple questions based on the logs, System Status Report, and screenshots, though.
Is that error coming up on every product, just one product, or a few products? If it’s not all products, is there anything about the product(s) with the errors that’s unique to them?
If it’s all products, or the common thread/unique characteristic of the products is set by a plugin, then the issue is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Generating duplicate invoiceHi @mastertestdeveloper ,
This sounds like one of a couple of possible causes:
- There is a caching issue
- Your site is allowing customers to complete the purchase multiple times
- Another plugin or the site’s theme is causing this to happen
- An external site is creating the orders
The conflict testing @senff mentioned can help with all of those, but that can be tricky with intermittent issues like this.
If you have any caching via a plugin or your host, you may want to confirm that the Cart, Checkout, and My Account pages are all excluded from the cache. This page has some more details about caching and WooCommerce.
If that’s not the cause, a staging site may help for running a conflict test. Your host may have a mechanism to create a staging copy for you. If not, then a free plugin like WP Staging can create a staging copy in your WordPress site.
On the staging site, try to make this happen. You may have to place several test orders, or try different browsers. Once you know you can make it happen, follow the steps here to complete a conflict test.
Once the offending plugin or theme is identified, you may be able to check what it’s doing to see if it can be fixed by the plugin or theme developer or via a setting, or you can find another plugin/theme that won’t cause the issue.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Variation products not syncing to FacebookHi @stefanodel ,
I was looking at this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wawo17
Is your Facebook page publicly visible? If not, can you try making the page fully public (with no country restrictions) during the sync?
Also, make sure the variations aren’t virtual, as those won’t sync across.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Variation products not syncing to FacebookHi @mkoulouras and @petitejo ,
If you’re still having this issue, can you please create a new thread or open a support request at WooCommerce.com? We often see that things look related but actually aren’t. That’s so much easier to troubleshoot separately, and keeps with the www.ads-software.com guidelines on what to do if you have the same problem. Thanks!

You can delete or reset the products on your Facebook catalog by following the steps here.
