Hi,
I would like to see if i can get some help with this. I have a double title in my feed as well. It reads “HibiscusByTheBay.comHibiscusByTheBay.com”

My Feed link is:

I am running the Yoast WordPress SEO. Last month the feed title was fine. So something has changed it recently. I only noticed because I send out a feed driven newsletter once per month and it has the double title in content of the email and in the subject line.

Can I get some trouble shooting advice or is this likely the plugin doing this?

Also I have checked the box in Yoast for “Force rewrite titles”. If I uncheck how do I refresh the feed to see if any changes have occurred. Does WP automatically refresh it?

I have tried all as you have suggested and it seems like it may be something to do with the theme because when all the plugins are deactivated and the plugins folder is reset, there is no change in how the posts are displayed.

When I activate one of the default themes the first page on the default theme displays all the posts which I think may correspond to what should be displaying on the blog (primary post list) page of my site.

Since it doesnt work with pages I currently do have a burning need for the plugin. I’ll watch for it deployed to work with pages. I may have a use for it on the blog pages if I start posting real estate properties. If I do use it I will contribute to you and rate it.

No I dont have to use it repeatedly. So I’ll just have to make a note to make sure I dont change tabs when I update that page. I am not a coder so writing a plugin is out of my abilities and expertise.

Maybe the wordpress developers would consider putting a text input area in the admin on a per page basis that a person could use to make notes to himself. ??

The problem is I am older than dirt ?? and the more I have to configure the more there is for me to forget and the more I forget the more I have the perception that I am in early stages of dementia. ??

So I think I’ll give the other contact form plugin a try.

Hi,

I have read the FAQ. I have checked the email logs. I have on the domain that is the target site that the email is suppose to be sent to whitelisted the IP and domain of the wp site the email is being sent from.

Nothing is ending up in a spam trap.

I have corresponded with my hosting provider TMZvps and they can find nothing wrong with the server setup nor do they know of a solution.

So for now just stuck. I am going to try Simple Basic Contact Form and see if it has similar issues.
