Hi Luke — my apologies for the delayed response. I somehow missed this. I have an idea on how we can solve this and will come back with solution soon.

In reply to: [Announcement & Notification Banner - Bulletin] Don’t download thisHi thanks for your feedback. We have removed the powered by bulletin element on the banner, after seeing your – and other user’s – feedback.
It’s sometimes challenging for creators to strike a balance between supporting the free and pro versions of plugins and I hope you can see where we’re coming from. But at the same time I agree with you that this element wasn’t needed and we have therefore removed it. We’re also planning to make more pro features available for free users in the near future.
Will close this as haven’t heard back from you. But feel free to reach out to us for further assistance
Hi Michelle — thanks for getting in touch. Would you be able to send through your website url?
Thanks, Michiel

In reply to: [Announcement & Notification Banner - Bulletin] HTML Links not workingHi – apologies for this, it seems you’re absolutely right, this feature was impacted when we made some recent security updates. We will fix this in the next release and will update here once it’s ready
Hi – sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Could you try to deactivate and then reactivate the plugin and see if it works then?
Best, Michiel

In reply to: [Announcement & Notification Banner - Bulletin] Fixed Header ElementorHi — sure this is possible
- In Settings, set “My site has a fixed header” to yes
- Then in the bulletin edit screen, make sure you’ve chosen the header banner
- In the header options tab, you can now select the Bulletin to show Above or below your header

In reply to: [Announcement & Notification Banner - Bulletin] Fixed Header ElementorThanks
- For the header bulletin, this is indeed the intended behavior. It will only show on first load, but would not scroll down with the user. I think for your site / app this would also not be a desired UX as it will block off too much of the viewport
- For the floating footer bulletin, please try to add this custom CSS:
#bulletinwp-bulletin-item-1 {
bottom: 90px;
}
This should move the bulletin slightly above your fixed nav at the bottom.Hope this helps, but let me know of further questions

In reply to: [Announcement & Notification Banner - Bulletin] Slow to loadHi — I’ve checked the page, and there’s some scripts that fail or are slow to load – see my screenshot below. You may want to check these two files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mmrbhqotqy32ke0/Livingston_Public_Library.jpg?dl=0
Bulletin essentially loads after these scripts, hence it’s delayed in showing. Hope that helps but just email me at [email protected] for further assistance!
