WP wouldnt let me delete the plug in, so i deactivated it, then attempted to delete it and just got a failed to delete the plug in message. I then tried to re-activate it and get the fatal error message.

I did what you asked. I identified that a woocommerce addon plug in is the culprit, but also, disabling woocommerce fixed the issue as well. I am contacting the plugin developer for help.
