3. Deactivated all plugins except for Woocommerce and WooCommerce Eway Payment Gateway

Hi, I rolled back; it made no difference. The second solution is beyond my abilities. As per the thread you referred me to, the plugin creators really should fix the bug they created, and not expect users to find workarounds.

Just jumping in here; I had exactly the same problem and was contemplating posting a grumpy review. However, I then realised that AdBlocker Ultimate was stopping the plugin from displaying. All sorted now, thanks for suggesting this in the support forum!
