In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Allow public to submit eventI’ve started working through a free plugin called TDO Mini Forms that seems to me, to have the potential to do the job. What I don’t understand now (again as a designer and not a coder) is how to program the forms to submit information to the Events Calendar. I’m now heading into the database to have a look at where your data is stored. If it’s custom fields, that’s going to make my life a bit easier!
I posted a solution to this over on the WooThemes forums. If you’re a member over there you should be able to find it on the search..

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Event Category Fatal ErrorIt’s an issue with WooThemes — check in your header code and there’s some replacement code on the Woothemes forum.

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Shortcode?Just a note — WP3.0 has just announced custom navigation menus so that means you should be able to create a menu item to lead directly to the calendar VERY easily.

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Events Gravity Forms integration@creativeslice Hi there, I’d really be interested in this feature as well. Watching this post as I feel it’s really important to have community-submitted events, which would for me make this plugin very useful.

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Set time issue v1.5.4Hi guys,
I switched my WordPress to 24-hour time format (H:i) and then it seemed to accept the time afterwards.

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Allow public to submit eventHi Shane,
I’m a bit new to your forms but I also have the same question. I would like to develop a form where users could submit events as well.
I’m not a programmer, I’m a designer. Could you tell me: if I used gravity forms, would I need to develop coding in order to integrate user submissions to your event database?
