Thanks for the quick reply, cartpauj. When we disabled browser cache, it works as should but the website is much slower ?? Is there any way to just disable the home page from doing browser cache? Homepage is really the only place that customers experience this issue regularly with browser cache enabled.

More specifically, the issue is that Menu says “Log In” if you are logged in and on the homepage. It correctly refreshes to say Log Out when you switch to any other page. If after going to another page you come back to the homepage, it continues to say “Log In” as if the user is not logged in.

The error only appeared once. I’ll ignore it for now, but if I keep getting the same error message in the future, I’ll be sure to report it here. Thanks for the quick reply, Mateusz!

Based on the the theme we have “47Street Child” I am pretty sure that we are premium. But literally none of our emails work on the support page. We have tried “resetting” password and have tried over 10 emails and all of them say “Invalid username or email.” We are definitely registered with one of the emails we are trying and none of them seem to work! Please help

Thanks Emre. That resolved the immediate issue. The other thing that keeps happening now is that when I load certain pages, it flickers for a split second with some thing appearing in the background that CSS code is supposed to hide. It’s really hard to explain but I see a horizontal line flicker for a split second as certain pages load. Any idea why that would be happening?

I’m not 100% sure if we are using the premium version or not. My business partner and I started the website 2.5 years ago. Both of us are pretty certain that we had the premium version, but when we tried both our emails at https://8degreethemes.com/support/ it says that those emails aren’t found. Is there a way for you to check and tell us whether we have the premium version of the theme based on our website? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I update to the latest theme version? I don’t have an update button next to my theme when I got to Appearances -> Themes.

I have one active theme: 47Street Child. Next to it are two buttons “Customize” and “Download ZIP” I don’t see a button that lets me update my theme to the latest version.

Hi, after posting this, I did go with a slider plugin since I couldn’t find any code anywhere to make parts of a featured image clickable. But the plugin works great, so I’m good to go.
