For me this is how it now works, unfortunately no other way around:
– “Update” one plugin with ajax mode
– Now reload the page
– “Update” next plugin with ajax mode
– Now reload the page

this goes on like this

my updating button does not work either, just keeps showing “Updating…” nothing
