Unfortunately i have not an staging version of the site and can not make the plugin active on main site for test purpose,
but i will send you enough details to help you find the problem .
first the problem appear when i’m not logged in as admin to site ,

every time i click on a filter ( label ), the plugin add an span with “sub-arrow” class to my elementor submenu item and the mobile version of menu completely got broke ,

its clear this is a javascript conflict and maybe it is related to cached files ( because its not occurred when im logged it as admin ) ,
i have not any cache plugin active but i use cloudflare page cache

I’m strongly agree with you about documentation!

first excuse me for spelling mistake request title , i mean Roles .

I found in UM docs that UM does not use the default wordpress Roles and we should create um Roles from UM Roles menu .

in some cases we need to assign wordpress default Roles to a user in UM register form .

for example i have “Vendor” and “Customer” role in my wordpress roles with many users ,

now i want add a new user to wordpress pre defined “Vendor” or “Customer” when user is registering from UM Register Form ( not use Um defined “um_vendor” role ) .

when i add this roles in Roles Dropdown or Radio ( in register form ) it displays nothing on the view

I’m adding this roles to register form :

Customer
Vendor

for Woocommerce Date Conversion that work’s fine with Ultimate Member without error ,
and it seems the above plugin fixes the Blog Date Conversion too with the old Date Conversion Plug enabled .

i used another one but still getting the error ,

as i never had such a problem with other plugins , it seems this is a Ultimate Member incompatibility

Finally after hours of disabling and enabling stuffs found out the problem caused by Date Convertor ( SHAMSI or Persian Date Convertor ) ,
now should i wait for fix from Ultimate Member or Should i look for another date convertor ?

no , first time i installed the plugin there was no such an error , but when i went to woocommerece account page i saw critical error ,

next i disable the plugin and now when i enabled it or reinstall it the whole website get error ,

im trying to make a clone of the site and disable all the plugin and settings to find what cause the error ,

i will send information here again

no that option has sets by default ,
it seem there is some plugin incompatibility or somthing

Unfortunately it seems the Feature Request form does not work .

I think In your test ( screenshot ) file appear as broadcast because its loading from my server , and as i mentioned before , its seems the problem related to my server config ( maybe )

as i mentioned before :

when i use external url/resrouce from another source for Audio Player , its works well , but when i choose media from my wordpress media library problem appeared .

I’m getting confused a bit , am i misunderstanding something ?

The file format is MP3 ,
Almost all the files has this problem when i browse the site in IOS .
I also created a Audio Playlist and it has this problem too .

I created a test you can checkout if has access to IOS os ,

I did the test with all plugins off and default wordpress theme, and the problem still exist .

I think the problem is related to server side . also I’m using cloudflare that can be a player in this problem .

and also consider this that the problem appears just in IOS browser apps.
