Ver.1.5.7 haven’t solved the problem. I see almost no difference in behavior between 1.5.6 and 1.5.7 – considering only this issue, of course. I haven’t tested other issues yet.

As I understand, there’s no way to upload anything here.
So I’ll create the place on my test-site and post a link – asap, which is in the evening or tomorrow.

In the mean time it would be nice for me to understand the intended functionality of “My site is” and “Transliteration Mode”. It could be that I’m just misinterpreting something and trying to use the plug-in “out of spec”.

Next question: how do you decide whether to convert an object or not? I encounter cases where plug-in simply does nothing.

I think no user performed such extensive tests so far and I’d like to share the results with you, but I haven’t found a way to upload a file (Excel or GIF/JPG).

When my site has a setting Site Language = “Српски ?език”, then combinations
My site is=Cyrillic & Transliteration Mode = Cyr_to_lat and
My site is=Cyrillic & Transliteration Mode = Lat_to_cyr

function properly, i.e. calendar-widget is shown and proper letters are used, depending on the menu-setting (Lat/?ир).

The other two combinations behave completely wrong:
Letters set to Latin: calendar-widget shown in cyrillic
Letters set to Cyrillic: calendar-widget not shown at all.

Mo?emo i na srpskom. Ja pi?em na engleskom, jer je forum na engleskom, a i plug-in obuhvata vi?e jezika, pa ra?unam da i ostali mogu da pro?itaju.

Da, mejl-adrese ?u preskakati kratkim kodom, kao i strane ku?ne adrese, tako da ova tema nema za mene visok prioritet. Naveo sam ideju samo jer sam video da se neke mejl-adrese ve? prepoznaju.

ich bin mir nicht sicher, dass ich absolut genau wei?, was du mit “Bitte einmal via Checkbox die Datenschutzbedingungen aktualisieren” meinst.
Ich klicke immer auf “?nderungen speichern” Knopf am Ende der Seite mit EInstellungen. Dazu habe ich H?kchen (Checkbox) beim Punkt “Google Analytics” im Kapitel “#1 Externe Services (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel & Gef?llt mir, Twitter Tweet Button, Linkedin Button)” mehrmals ge?ndert – also:
Checkbox setzen – Knopf “?nderungen speichern” anklicken – DSGVO-Seite neu laden
Checkbox entfernen – Knopf “?nderungen speichern” anklicken – DSGVO-Seite neu laden
Auf der DSGVO-Seite im Kapitel “6. Google Analytics” ?ndert sich nichts.

Ich hoffe, diese Rückmeldung hilft.
Heute kann ich bei Bedarf auch weitere Versuche machen, da ich zu Hause bin.

Ja, das war die Ursache. Ich habe die Einstellung auf Deutsch ge?ndert und die Sprache der DSGVO-Seite hat sich auch auf Deutsch ge?ndert.
Für mich ist diese Kopplung nachvollziehbar, aber – ich betone für mich – nicht sinnvoll. Ich bin ein Altmodischer, der die Menus aller Programme auf Englisch einstellt, obwohl der Inhalt auf Deutsch ist (z.B. Word hat englische Menus, aber ich schreibe einen deutschen Text)
Mein Wunsch an dieser Stelle w?re, diese Einstellungen zu entkoppeln:
Drop-down-Menu für die Sprache, in dem der erste (und standardm??ig angebotene, also default) Eintrag lautet “die Sprache von WordPress verwenden”. Dann w?ren alle bedient.

2) Mit dem Text auf Deutsch habe ich jetzt das n?chste Problem: die Platzhalter (Variablen) wie z.B. [company_name] werden nicht aufgel?st, z.B. im Kapitel #1:
Anbieter des Onlineangebotes und die datenschutzrechtlich verantwortliche Stelle ist [company_name], Inhaber: [company_owner], [adress_street], [adress_zip_location] (nachfolgend bezeichnet als “AnbieterIn”, “wir” oder “uns”).

3) Im Text steht ” Wir setzen Google Analytics […] ein”, obwohl ich in der Einstellung kein H?kchen bei GA gesetzt habe.

PS. Sollte ich die Punkte 2 und 3 besser als separate Tickets anlegen und das Thema “Sprache w?hlen / einstellen” als gel?st abschlie?en?
