I’ve just switched the theme to twentytwentythree in staging and the JS error is still there.

I’ve inspected the error more and could see in the JS link it was referencing Tatsu which is the page builder, I’ve deactivated the Tatsu & Tatsu Pro plugins and the JS error has gone. However, the issue in EUM is still the same, the buttons don’t turn green when clicked even once the JS error has gone.

This site is on managed wordpress hosting, do you think that could have any impact on EUM not working properly?

I’ve just double checked and the error is still there when I refresh the EUM general page, so even without clicking or selecting one of the EUM button options the JS error is displaying.

I’ve already tried disabling all the plugins (apart from EUM) in staging and then clicking on the EUM buttons to see if it then works but there was no difference. However, I didn’t check if the error message in the console was displaying or not.
