Benchmark Email has a plugin you can install. It allows you to collect email addresses and send emails right from your wordpress dashboard.

In regards to your request, at the moment the plugin doesnt have the option to pull your list of WordPress Users. If you are able to export this list as a CSV or Excel file, you can easily upload these contacts into your Benchmark Email account.

Once you have installed the plugin, you can set the signup form widget on your site and have all future subscribers pushed to the desired list in your Benchmark account.
