Traditionally, for the plugin to be “translatable”, all the strings in the plugin have to be “extracted” to be ready for the GNU gettext framework.
For e.g., this article talks about this.
I understand this is more complicated than letting the user override media_credit_at_end, but this would be appreciated by users of different countries.
