Yes, we’ve had that set by default to not share so we could control when it’s shared and not when post is published. I confirmed expected LinkedIn profile was selected with checkmark. I also have tried both form Post listing to share as well as within the post to get it to work and it won’t.

I had considered getting the Active Social “Pro” version but was concerned of problem replicating there as well. Appears that may be only option at this stage. Thanks for providing the free plug-in which served us well for a long time.

Anticipating you might suggest I disable and delete the plugin and start from scratch, I cleared out the settings, disabled, deleted, then installed, activated, re-authenticated, adjusting settings and tried again. Still no luck except this time it has the default share profiles populated again – see below. (note that previous reset of settings I shared about in reply above could be that I omitted selecting the profile before saving?).

Thanks for suggestion. I performed those steps but to no avail. It acts like it’s successfully shared but then when refreshing page it hasn’t been shared and of course in checking the related LinkedIn page nothing appears.

Here’s updated settings after resetting things. It shows updated date of authentication, but I also see it doesn’t reflect a default share profile.

Thoughts on next steps?
