Running the latest version. Have already done the plugin/theme test and still the same. I have temporarily taken down the calendar as it is confusing people.

Ironically, we were actually thinking of upgrading to a paid version as we were really happy with it!

I’ve taken down the calendar and embedded the Google calendar:

but if you look on the hopepage: https://iffley.co.uk/ at ‘upcoming events’ the timely calendar widget is out of sync.

I have manually changed the wordpress time to be an hour behind and had to change some of the timing of some events. Also, all day events are appearing on the wrong day!

Have downloaded Jetpack to get the CSS Stylesheet Editor

Many thanks! There is a ‘CSS Stylesheet Editor’ and ‘Editor’

Was trying to change the ‘recent articles’ to ‘recent items’ I can’t remove it as it does not appear ??

Also, the top header navigation bar has a ‘home’ icon as well as a ‘home’ tab menu, it seems as though the ‘home’ icon feeds from the home tab. I would like to only keep the home icon and delete the home tab but home icon does not appear under pages to add to or edit..

any thoughts anyone?

I have an afterfooter menu at the bottom which changes the link to the last page added.. how do I make this stick to only links to the ‘Home’ page?

Ok, managed to get rid (phew)

The problem now is that the band at the bottom is not at the bottom and goes the width of the screen.. are there any ways of changing it’s position and making it in line with the header?

I want to keep the very bottom footer with the copyright info on but want to delete the large black box above it – with the search widget in. if I remove the search widget I am left with the default menu’s which I don’t particularly like..

I have just tried removing the footer and the pages are just blank at the bottom, so now trying to copy ‘afterfooter’ code into footer – where in the code does this go? What do I need to take out?
