    Hi there

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.

    To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor ). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

    Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

    Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.
    • Inline Font Icons?– This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

    I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    This error indicates that your WordPress site is hitting the PHP memory limit while trying to allocate additional memory for Elementor’s Google Fonts processing. Here’s how to fix it:

    Increase PHP Memory Limit
    Since Elementor can be memory-intensive, increasing the memory limit might solve the issue. Try these steps:

      Edit wp-config.php

      define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
      define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
      If the issue persists, increase it to 1024M.

      Edit .htaccess (if needed)
      Add this at the top of your .htaccess file:php_value memory_limit 512M

      Edit php.ini (if you have access)
      If your hosting allows, modify the php.ini file and change:
      memory_limit = 512M

      Check with your Hosting Provider, Some hosts impose a hard memory limit. If changes don’t take effect, contact your hosting provider.

      Hope this helps

      Hi there,

      Thank you fro contacting us.

      It looks like Elementor is causing a fatal error related to the on_save_post function inside its template library. The error occurs because null is being passed instead of a WP_Post object when saving a post.Steps to Fix It:

      1. Enable Recovery Mode
        • Click the recovery mode link from the email and log in.
        • This will disable Elementor temporarily so you can access the dashboard.
      2. Check for Plugin Conflicts
        • Deactivate all plugins except Elementor.
        • If the error disappears, reactivate plugins one by one to find the conflicting one.
      3. Update Everything
        • Ensure WordPress, Elementor, and all plugins/themes are up to date.
        • If the error started after an update, try rolling back Elementor to the previous version.
      4. Switch to Default Theme
        • Try switching from the Child Theme to Astra (parent theme) and see if the issue persists.
        • If the child theme is causing the issue, check the functions.php file for any modifications related to post saving.
      5. Check PHP Version Compatibility try to downgrade to PHP 8.0 or upgrade to PHP 8.2 and see if the issue persists.
      6. Reinstall Elementor
        • If the issue persists, delete Elementor (do NOT delete Elementor Pro if you have it).
        • Reinstall a fresh copy from the WordPress plugin repository

      Let me know if you need further guidance!
